“I got all my system requirements provided as recommended settings. Wordpress and PHP version is up to date. I activated all plugins that theme required. But demo content stuck at %98. I need it urgently for my customer please help me ASAP.”

When import process reaches 98%, this usually means that only sliders haven’t been imported. If you imported demo content and the sliders are missing, please note that they can be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.

I am trying to get support for an issue regarding Portfolio content not being updated but have not yet received a response through the Quode Interactive support site and I submitted my ticket days ago? I am trying to edit the portfolio content after the demo import and it’s not updating on the front end. The title and images all update but the content still shows the Lorem ipsum text no matter what I do? Please help! Please respond to my ticket!

Please navigate to Elementor > Settings and enable Elementor page builder for portfolio posts.

Your ticket should now be updated with response. Hello I have purchased the theme from another account, all plugins installed and activated successfully except the (pelicula-core), it after activating it gives following error (There has been a critical error on this website.) and I get no message on the email as well to check for the error. I tried to install the theme on localhost and live server, same error.

Have you perhaps selected all plugins and then installed/activated them as a bulk action? Please note that it is necessary to install and activate plugins one by one and it is important to install Qode Framework first and Pelicula Core second.

Hey team, we just sent an email to you and wrote also over instagram.

We once bought this theme with an another account and installed it. It worked fine. Now our domain has been deleted and we have a new one .de > .com.

We can’t activate our product due the fact we didn’t deleted the record in the .de domain. We don’t have customer support active, but it is possible to delete the record in your data base so that we can use this theme again from our backup.

It is urged due it is our business website.

HI. I am trying to access support but have spent half an hour now going around in circles. I am doing something wrong but the theme is not on my list if I go to draw a ticket and in another area if I get the option to choose the Theme, I get sent to the documentation. You need to fill all the fields (theme name, profile name, purchase code) and then submit a ticket. Please follow instructions from this article. I previously installed your theme on a different hosting provider. I have since changed hosting providers and am now trying to install the theme on my new hosting provider. However, I am receiving an error message that says “This code was already used to register another domain.” I would like you to reset/deregister the purchase code so that I can use it to register the theme on my new hosting provider.

slider revolution asks me to activate to get the latest plugin update. But i have no activation key/purchase code because of your extended licenses. Can you please help?

Hello I bought the theme a while back but I had never installed it. I decided to use it for a site, but I am having issues with some of the widgets for Elementor. Many of them don’t show me the “Style tab”. So I can’t edit the size of the text or anything. I looked through the list of widgets and there are some that show on my list of avaliable elements on Elementor but are not on your list of addons. This problem, obviously, makes all these elements useless because it’s impossible to adjust even the size of the typography or its color.

I know the support expired a long ago, but this is an issue that really makes many of the theme options useless, as most of those widgets are the ones used on the demos.

Hi Well, a few of the elements I am referring to are not included in the list of shortcodes on the theme documentation. Also,the documentation was last updated in 2020 and the last update of the theme was in 2023. So, it’s fairly safe to say the documentation is terribly outdated, and the least one would expect for a 75USD theme is to have updated documentation.

This is not a cheap theme, it’s actually on the expensive side compared to many of the themes in Envato. Actually, it costs 55 USD to renew support, which is what a new high-rated theme costs. So, I think, it’s not really a good investment to spend that money on support specially after reading all the bad comments about it.

The theme updates are for adding compatibility and the documentation still covers theme options which are available with the theme. These options haven’t been changed in the updates so the documentation is not outdated.

Beside the documentation you can find many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.

Import demo not work. I have a problem. My server configuration does not have the option to increase the PHP Post Max Size to 256 (it has a maximum of 100M) nor Max Upload Size to 128 (it has 100 MB) Is it possible to get hold of the demo content in another way?

Hello, I am very disappointed with the result of the technical support. After more than 1 week of contact with them, they have not been able to install the demo content on my hosting. In the last email they tell me that they can’t do anything else.
