Hello, we have a new client that are using your theme version 1.0 on wordpress.com. How does it work to upgrade the theme at Wordpress.com?

Hi,

thank you for using our theme.

If the theme is purchased on WordPress.com then it is automatically updated as soon as the update is available. However, it always states that the version is 1.0.

Please note that Pena theme on WordPress.com market is specially adapted for their platform according to their requirements and is not interchangeable with the self-hosted version that is sold on Themeforest.

If you have any further questions about the Pena (WordPress.com version) just submit it to the dedicated Pena support forum on WordPress.com https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/anariel-design/pena/

Hope that helps.

Best, Marko

That’s really good to know. Thanks Marko!

You’re welcome!

Hi, is it possible to create a multi-language website using WPML?

Hi,

thank you for your interest in our theme!

Yes, Pena theme is officially compatible with the WPML plugin. You can find it listed on the WPML website here https://bit.ly/3h8a1I2

Hope that helps a bit.

Hi Marko, I have purchased your theme now. Date: 09 Jun 2020 Invoice No: IVIP38367976 Order No: 127616104,

but cannot find the purchase code. I have some technical difficulties and am under pressure time wise. Hope you can give some support; Your demo and page templates like the Front Page cannot be edited with Elementor. The demo didn’t display properly and when I selected the Front Page template I got some bad news “The content area was not found in your page”, “You must call `the_content` function in your current template…”. From your website I was under the impression that Pena is fully functional with Elementor which is why I chose it in the end over another theme. Is this not the case? Please advise. Also where is the purchase code? It is not in displayed in the download section of envato. Thanks a lot. Andrea

Hi Andrea,

thank you for your purchase!

Pena theme is built using standard WordPress features, child pages, posts, widgets etc. It, however, has added support for Elementor page builder in case you want to build pages with additional layouts that are not available within the theme. For that purpose, the theme includes the dedicated “page builder” page template.

The layouts in the theme demo that are not built with Elementor, like the Front Page or About can not be edited with Elementor. Elementor can, however, be used within child pages featured on these pages. For more info on how the theme is structured please check our theme documentation here https://www.anarieldesign.com/documentation/pena/

I’m sorry if something in the theme’s description made you believe that the theme is built with Elementor, this is surely not our intention. We state that it supports different page builders and in the demo, we show example pages built with these page builders (“Features” section).

Regarding the purchase code, it should be in the download section. You just need to click on the “Download” button and there you’ll see “License certificate & purchase code(PDF)” option that you can download.

Hope that helps a bit. If you have any further questions let me know.

Best, Marko

Hi Marko, thank you so much for your detailed reply! Was the elementor demo page built within child pages?

I actually have a question regarding the page templates that are available in the posts section, but will send you an email regarding this feature.

The purchasing code appeared somewhere at the very bottom of the download page, not under “downloads”, but anyway I found it :)

Hi Andrea,

Elementor demo page is built only using Elementor blocks and the page builder template. No child pages there.

There are no page template for posts. All the available layouts for the posts page are available directly from the Customizer->Blog Options.

If you have any questions related to the theme simply create a support account on our site using your purchase ID and submit a ticket via HelpDesk. Our support agent will be glad to assist.

Best, Marko
