Yeah, but in this basic question i don’t think this is a “support” question. Besides that your Support forum says i need to extend my Support to create a Ticket, for this kind of questions i really do need to extend the Support as this is Basic functionallity whioch should be available for everyone without support

Hi, when I edit a new post, there is always a right side area with the word “Sidebar”. It is very uncomfortable to write a new post with that area that takes away space on the screen. How can I remove that area on the right? Thanks

We didn’t optimize speed or caching for the demos of the theme. After buying the theme, you can use an optimize speed plugin to get good scores for the site speed. Or if you’re looking for a theme optimized for Core web vitals, I recommend you try the Soledad theme.

I want just submit a possible issue after updating with the last version of June 2022. The penci slider stops to slide after one slide. Changing settings don’t help. I don’t know if you are aware of this.

I just checked and see you’ve asked us many things before ( 38 tickets with many questions for each ticket ) and we’ve helped you with all those tickets. We also helped you one more time when your support expired via email. I don’t know what you’re thinking, but we need a budget to pay for our support staff each month to stay here to help you & other customers, right? It is also inside the Support Policy from Envato Market, which you agreed to when you created the Envato account. So, renewing the support is an action needed for you – even with simple questions or not ( because it’s not the bugs from our theme – it’s support questions ).
