I noticed that, If you don’t upload any feature image, it will automatically create a yellow background image with the first letter of the title. Is it possible to replace it with the full title? what should I change? thanks

Hi! There is something wrong with your provided plugins because they generate a lot of error messages throughout my webpage. Neuron_addons and CL_Testimonials are the ones giving errors, even though they are correctly installed as far as I can see because that’s the information I get from Wordpress. Can you help me? Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately it is not RTL language optimized. Yes it has landing pages, check the Live Preview section. We have not tried, but other buyers reported they used WPML plugin with our themes.

When I click the Import demo button it instantly shows an error within seconds. There is no loading time or anything like that. It’s really critical that I need to start work on this immediately. Hope this gets fixed today. Thanks.

The hero section is developed with Slider Revolution Plugin. After login as admin you can see a button in the top navigation to edit that section: https://prnt.sc/10oe7sn
Alternatively you can go to Admin > Slider Revolution > Home 3 > Edit > Click the button > change text from right side panel under Content button.

When I update the blog to say don’t show author or category, it still does.
Just tested, it works in our demo site. Try by clearing cache. Please let me know if you still have this issue.

1. What is the site loading time of Home Page theme 3. https://demo.auburnforest.com/wordpress/perceptron/home-three/2. can we add chatbot plugin in this theme?
1. It depends on your where you host the theme. On our server, it takes about 2 seconds on first load and 1.3 seconds afterwards.
2. We never tried installing any chatbot plugin with this theme. But you may find one here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/chatbot/

Thank you for purchasing the theme. To change get started button text, go to Admin > Slider Revolution > Home 2 > Edit > Click the button > change text from right side panel under Content button.
To add a link, click Actions button from the same panel > Add simple link as action and enter your url.

I have replied you already. I have reset the theme and started demo import again. Usually it takes about 10-15 minutes. However, your server seems extremely slow. It may take a few hours. I will let the import process running on my machine while I am signing off for the night. I will check back in the morning. Hoping it will be able to import all demo contents from our server by then.
while I am editing my page with wpbakery the service box element icon type section :FontAwesome Lib doesn’t seems operate properly well after I saved my after save.

It does not include any additional license. But we purchased those plugins and packaged those with the theme, so that you don’t need to purchase separately.
