I have submitted a ticket since Friday. I need to be able to change the date on the countdown timer, to fit the date of the wedding. Please help as soon as possible. I am tired of the wait!!!
It was a weekend. We work Monday to Firday 9am to 5pm GMT+1 as it’s clearly stated in our support description, so we started our work 35 minutes ago. Please be patient.
Still not gotten a reply and its almost the end of the day. Can you kindly point me to a full documentation for the countdown timer? I need to get this sorted today.
All our clients are equally important to us and we answer in the order of incoming tickets. Average response time is 48h but sometime it might be longer because of increased number of tickets. Thank you for patience.
