This theme is designed to be used with a single property. However you can easily create additional properties on the same installation.

It sounds like you just need to import the demo data. We have a one-click demo importer under Appearance > Import Demo Data.

2. How can the theme make the Bookly or Booked plugin available in the frontend for the Vendor to manage their bookings?

4. Can the vendor add coupons through the frontend by avoiding it to the backend?
5. Does the theme have any limitations on the number of lists?
6. Does the theme use native Wordpress functions, and can iterate through all posts or categories?
7. Is it possible to hide on the property page, the telephone number, email of the seller so that this data is not collected by hackers or for use by spammers?

Unfortunately the features you are asking for are not part of our theme. This is a stand-alone WordPress theme that focuses on a single property. There is no vendor front-end or bookings.

The current homepage slider only supports images. However the page builder built-in has another option slider that supports videos. It would look essentially the same

When I first came across this theme I thought it would be something great. After working with it, there is a lot of things missing from it which is required for realtors to us. First and foremost each property is required to have a MLS Listing Number. Also I’ve noticed a lot of the features are buggy. I’ve tried to reach out to Mr. Garcia and never heard back and looking at the last date time for an update, its safe for me to say that this theme template isn’t going to be a main seller as it has the ability to be. If the seller actually sat down with someone who knows what is required for realtors to run a website, this template could become one of the top 10 themes to purchase. No plugins so agents are able to upload their listings with an IDX, isn’t going to go well with people. Hope this posting grabs the attention of the seller and they listen to what someone like myself knows what I’m talking about. I’m not sure about all the other postings as I only see my name with a purchased tab beside it so I’m assuming a lot of the postings are just based on the looks of the template and not actual purchase of the template. However, I could be wrong. Overall, I’m not trying to turn people away from this theme as it does have some great features on it, but, there is some work still needed. Overall I give it a 5 out of 10. If the seller has plugins on it, adds another section for the MLS and maks some changes to other area’s of the template, this will be a big seller.

Really…. I guess I missed that memo because it doesn’t look like I got it! I purchased this template sometime ago and I haven’t used it once because of the issues I’m having with it. I have to say this I had I high hopes for this template and I’ve found your using this theme to boost your pro products. WOW poor business never see me again as a customer and I suggest others not to go with this template as well.

In terms of promoting our own plugins, I think you maybe mistaken. I’m guessing you thought our “Boosted Page Builder Add-on” is an upsell. It is actually a premium plugin we INCLUDE with our theme for FREE. If you purchase Pergola, you get an $18 premium add-on built-in to the theme. This is no additional charge, it comes with your theme.
Is this theme MLS IDX compatible?
Since this is for one property or development, you would just login and edit the content. There really isn’t any need for IDX support. Also, IDX doesn’t provide high quality images. Therefore we don’t have any IDX support built-in.
