I am trying to submit a support ticket and when I try to submit it says that I need to renew my support, which I did using the link in the popup and it still will not allow me to submit a support ticket. I just need to know how to edit the services on the home page and on the services page to change to text and the icons. I am not finding that in the documentation anywhere.

I figured it out – it is actually not easily edited by the wp bakery builder – it is not even in WP Bakery where you edit it.

It is already enabled, but the data that the services on the home page pulls from is not from a part of the post that can be edited with WP Bakery, it is coded in the theme to pull it from the manual excerpt.
There are 2 kinds of excerpt: auto-generated (the first lines from a post) and manual (feel free to add the text you need). If you’d like to show a part of the post as excerpt, just remove the manual excerpt.

I’d like to inquire if your editor license still works? Because I tried updating the WPBakery Page Builder from our WordPress backend and it doesn’t work.
I checked the ThemeREX Updater and the Theme Purchase Key is in there. I cannot update a page and I’m thinking it might have something to do with the outdated editor plugin.

Ok good, but how to users register? there is no option to register and see what happens once user selects the date/time also, i want to add products while appointment like, 2-3 products to choose with check boxes while booking…how to do that and is it possible?
You have the option to choose between “Registered” and “Guest” booking. Registered booking will require all appointments to be booked by a registered user (default). Guest booking will allow anyone with a name and email address to book an appointment. – https://prnt.sc/10zt3jt
Booked allows you to create any number of Custom Fields (Checkboxes/Radio Buttons) to collect additional information when your customers are booking appointments as as single or multiple options – https://boxystudio.ticksy.com/article/6267/edit/
To add payment capabilities to the Booked plugin you need to activate ‘Payments with WooCommerce’ addon that is included in the package. Thus, your visitors will book an appointment. During this process, they will choose a product (and options if available) and submit the form to book the appointment. The appointment will be saved as “Awaiting Payment”. The time slot will be filled for now.
In case you have your appointments set to auto-approve, then it will be approved at this point. The customer will be taken directly to the checkout to pay for the appointment. With all updates installed, we further have a problem with category pages, where only older posts (until end of 2019) are displayed. Newer posts (beginning from 2020) are not shown on category pages. Categories with only newer posts are displayed empty. The blog index page is not affected by this problem so far.
