Hello. You cannot install with Shopify because you did not unzip the theme package you downloaded from Themeforest. Please extract the file and use the installation file in the "Theme" folder. If you have any support request, please submit your request via the support tab, we will support you and please do not rate the item falsely when you do not know the reason. Thank you
