Good customer suppor, very helpful
Good theme but don't feel like they proactively maintain theme with updates however they do respond and will fix any issues when you contact them. Due to time difference though it's not always quick but they will resolve the issues.
Can not import the template properly. It's only image with number. Different from sample.

Plugins won't install, instructions are out of date and after manually installing each plugin site loads very slow, feels buggy. Not happy to have purchased this theme.
The theme quality is awesome, and the customer support is excellent. The team helped me all times that I needed. I totally recommend it.
