Hello, I just uploaded my website with your theme, imported demo, but the first menu with Customer Support 0123-456-789, Blog, About Us, Contact Us. The “id=”menu-header-top-menu” is not uploaded on my website “https://jbturismonaamazonia.com.br” Can you help me with that?

nileforestframework plugin generates quite a few deprecated errors and a fatal error regarding doing autosave. Please can you advise?

Howdy, We purchased this theme recently. and its looking good, except for our footer section. each time I try and chnage our footer area 4 to a different manually added menu the responsive classes go missing. So teh aside class remove all botstrap related classes which means the columns all reflow.

Please can you help?

Just an update for clarification, its does this for any of teh footer area’s. I have created a custom menu item caalled Categories so that teh shop categories can be inserted into teh footer. If I select this menu item, then it remove the col-lg-3 etc code

He actualizado la plantilla y está siendo una locura todo lo que se ha cambiado…

Por partes:

La web se ha ralentizado muchísimo. Había contratado los servicios de un profesional para que me la optimizara e iba bastante rápida. Pero al actualizar el tema ha vuelto a ir lento…

Después, el Slider de la página de inicio tarda mucho en salir y en el ordenador y iPad aparece con una línea negra debajo.

Los widgets del fototerapia se han descolocado por completo y no hay forma de que se ordenen.

Al añadir un artículo al carrito, la vista de ese artículo cambia por completo.

¿Cómo es posible tantos errores sólo por actualizar el tema?

I did everything that your installation guide said and i am getting some compatibility error with WooCommerce. Attaching a screenshot

Error: Your theme (philos) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Today when I updated my Wordpress it says that may be necessary to update my theme to be compatible with the new version of Woocommerce.

I have seen that there are no new updates since may 2021.
