hello i’m about to buy is it supported?

PLEASE DONT BUY THIS THEME AS ITS RUBBISH ALOT OF ERROR and there is no support i have sent email few days ago as there are installtion errors and some features are not working in theme but still no reply after 4-5 days .

I read all these reviews now that this theme as installtion errors and not good support.

i have installed from demo and many things not workin.when i want to edit any page with wpbakery, it comes totallt white screen. there is no frontend, neother backend editor, nor classic mode editing working. somethin is not right. i have installed the demo two years ago and it did install just fine. please delete your current theme and start from demo installing. you will see what i m talkin about.

Hi, I like the style of your theme but am a little hesitant to buy it because of the number of negative comments regarding support.

Also when I view the demo on an iphone 6s plus in landscape AND ipad in portrait the mobile menu is not usable! It’s just a big white background with the little arrows at the right of the menu. You can see any of the menu link text at all. If you want I will be glad to make a few screenshots.

I really need help with the mobile version of this menu. I have tried everything but it just doesn’t expand like I need it to. I have sent an email and you never responded that was like over two weeks ago. I see in the .scss files that this size is fixed and this is done by ruby and it has to be compiled for changes to take affect. There has to be another way because I’m not downloading a complier just fix this issue. Can you please assist me with this mobile menu???
