just a quick question: I have build a portfolio item with your builder, i admit i put lots of blocks and things in one portfolio item, and now every time i try to change and save a new element, all other elements get canceled and just the last one remains on the page. I’m able to reimport the json backup every time, but it seems like I can’t do anything else on that particular portfolio item. Also when importing the json, it forgets the column setting, maybe I pressed the minus symbol to make a single line with three elements, and that doesn’t get saved on the export file so i have to redo that every time I import the backup json. Hope i made myself clear, thanks!

J’ai acheté il y a quelques temps le thème Photome. Je suis en train de finaliser mon site et j’ai un beug sur la partie intégration de mon compte Instagram en pied de page dans l’espace qui est prévu pour. J’ai bien été dans Réglages > Meks Instagram Settings > j’ai référencé mon compte Facebook et fait le lien avec mon Instagram et rien n’apparait sur mon site internet. Et à chaque fois que je souhaite tenter à nouveau cela me met ce message : “Vous avez déjà associé Meks Image Display à Instagram. Would you like to continue with your previous settings ?” Quand je mets oui, je n’ai rien derrière à part un message m’indiquant que je ne suis pas autorisée.
Pouvez-vous m’aider à régler ce beug ?

Hello, is it possible to change the looks of the button shortcake through css? I’m targeting the .button and .button.small classes but it seems it doesn’t change the appearance of the button. I’d like to add a border to the button rectangle. Thank you!

Please I need help with few things:
1) I need to change aspect ratio of all images to 3:2 (but when opened in lightbox- original size, there will be original proportions of photo how it was shot)
2) Cancel sticky menu (menu wont be sticky anymore)

Since the most recent update to this PhotoMe theme and the latest WP update I keep seeing many jQuery error messages, most if not all pertaining to your theme. Here’s an example.

Is this a Theme issue or something else? I don’t want to pay for additional support with ThemeGoods and then be told it’s the fault of WP or something else. Happy to pay if I need and it can be addressed.

I installed that plugin after I had updated the PhotoMe Theme and WordPress. The site completely crashed before I installed that plugin. When investigating causes for the error messages I was receiving I found out that this was something that was happening to many WP sites due to the latest WP release. Apparently plugins and Themes that were not updated for this release were breaking.
It was recommend that this third party app would help in the meantime until plugin and theme developers updated their code. I know VERY little about this but after installing the jquery-migrate-helper plugin I was able to get the site running.

For 1 column gallery, you can create it easily using WordPress visual editor. Just drag multiple images to the editor on page content.

Disappointed with broken features. I have contacted support many times and have a ticket open with examples of things that are broken with the customizer and now haven’t heard any response in over 2 weeks about the issue that effects every version of Photome. Also if your using a child theme to style and make changes to css its not being used since their system doesn’t load the child theme last making any overrides nearly impossible doing it the worldpress way with child themes.
It’s not theme issue but it’s basic knowledge of CSS code which is a custom modification. We can’t teach you on how to proper use of CSS code to overwrite some of theme CSS.

you guys need to really freaking listen to what Im saying.. I will show videos of your system not working properly.. its not a good way to have a discussion especially when my tickets are not replied to for weeks. dont get into a battle with me you will lose this discussion and all I really want is my tickets to be responded to.. unfortunately since this hasn’t happen I have had to take measures to this.. I have been a web developer for almost 15 years so dont talk to me about basic knowledge.. you guys put your kirki-styles as the last loaded css, which in style sheets its all about cascading order so no matter what your inline styles are last overriding any other css style. Hi, I think I’ve met a bug in the code.
I have two rows made of 3 Text Contained Content boxes, but the actual page shows the divs in the wrong way.
Checking the CSS, I can see that after the 3rd box there’s a “last” applied and that is correct, but I see the same tag on the 5th entry, which shouldn’t be there and causes the 6th box to be on a new line.
