Ow ok! If that was the problem now it is solved, we just logged with the login info for the theme buyer. We work for several years with envato and most of developers always wanted to help to find a solution for the problem, not to see if we bought or not the theme…. anyways, we have the latest version installed and the youtube video is not playing, is there a solution for this bug or not? Please understand us, sometimes people use pirates packages shared on other resources. I didn’t said that we will not help you. I checked the version installed on your end and stated that it’s out of date. You need to update it, because there 1.0. We are ready to help and fix everything, but we don’t support old ones.
Hello, we saw that under youtube homepagee background video on mobile nothing happens or nothing is played. Is there a way to fix that? Almost 90% of access are coming from mobile, it would be really important to make it work. Thanks

When you choose youtube background on the homepage, and open from a smartphone nothing happens, the video does not play and the play button does not work. Any solution?
Just tested that page on different phones, the video works properly.
No, I think you are testing under vimeo background video, but if you try with a youtube video it shows only the play button and nothing happens, can you please try to do that? Thanks

How could I show the menu the same as on the mobile version but in desktop version, as when I add more that 7 pages in the menu it’ll be displayed in two rows which not good, I need to show it as the mobile view vertically, how can do this ?

I need help. On the Background Image page type I can’t select background image file. I can see media library, but the items can’t be selected. It works with videos. Also if I use external Image link, its not working. Its even not showing anything in the line uner “Image background”.

I want to change the words “quick view” at hover on pictures. I edited the .pot file from the chantelle folder with POEDIT. But where to put the edited .po and .mo file into? Some folder as the original .pot file?
EDIT: now it works! I named it de_DE and put it into the same chantelle folder.
