Too hard to use and configurate

I downloaded the theme and after very few days I realized it was not flexible as I thought and not suitable for my needs. I asked for a refund and was very willing to buy another theme from the producer but I was not contacted back and the refund request was denied. Legally in EU even when buying online I should be entitled to have a refund if the software is not suitable for the final use, since it might happen for different reasons, not depending on end user (i.e. the way the software is presented, etc). I have decided not to pursue the refund request but I am fully dissatisfied and therefore my evaluation is negative.
