This product has little documentation but the support of Don Pixel is fast and excellent.

Pretty disappointed. The theme is supposed to be sales oriented, but how is it so when the galleries don't link to a downloadable product?

The nicely presented photos are what the customer sees, and don't get me wrong, the galleries are great, but the customer will want to see and purchase, not see and then go to the shop to find the image again, and then purchase.

It does just what I want, no more, no less. If there was built in recaptcha, that would be cool.

Perfect theme and wonderful support.

Well I had downloaded this theme and installed but initially it was confusing how to go ahead with the Page creations and alignment, i have raised a ticket and within 4 hours of time i got the update , and they had provided me the template for all the pages, albums and the portfolios which would really help us in getting the website to a better look.

I started using the internet in the early 1990’s and during the 2000’s I did a fair amount of website development. Never bothered to learn WordPress so buying a theme seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately Travis has been a most awful experience. It ranks as one of the worst downloadable products I have ever bought. The description says ”Well documented” but should say (almost) ”NON-DOCUMENTED”! The ’documentation’ is a joke and it is obvious that the developer didn’t even bother to proofread it.
The developer is unfriendly and support is non-existent! My questions have been answered in a nonchalant way with links to wordpress.org while other developers go the extra mile with detailed instructions on all aspects of their themes!
$59 down the toilet. Travis is now obliterated from my computer and instead I bought another theme which was easy to set up, looks great, and that really is properly documented!

The quality and design of the theme is perfect. It is easy to customize as much as you want.

If you have any problem (design, installation, what ever the problem is) the support team will answer you really quick and they will solve all you problems.

Trust me, I bought several themes and this is by far the best support I had had.
