Hi there!

It says that there is a 2.0.0 update, but when I try to update it says it’s unavailable. Then when I try to download the theme here, it is still 1.9.9.

Can you please let me know if there is actually a 2.0.0 update and make it available on ThemeForest?

I was able to update to 2.0.1, but the “Save Settings” in Appearance > Johnblack does not appear to be working. Nothing happens at all when the button is clicked.

Everything on the site is up to date, and this has never happened before and nothing new is on the site, so it has to be a glitch with the theme.

I have problems with your latest theme build (1.9.6).

After not being at this site ( https://ffcu.io ) for a few days, I now noticed that the individual portfolio pages no longer open.

It turns only the blue circle, endlessly. I can’t find any further hints in the console. What is the problem?

In the backend everything looks normal, the portfolio items are all there (screenshot: https://capture.dropbox.com/RVFxI2zXM6kOnYXk).

I use WP 5.9.3, PHP (7.3.31), John Black Child Theme 1.9.6..

OIn the theme page there it is weird: displayed that there is a John Black update to 1.9.7, but if I load this is again the 1.9.6 active (Screenshot: https://capture.dropbox.com/RVFxI2zXM6kOnYXk)

Hi there!

The website says that there is an update to the theme, but the one I download from ThemeForest seems to be the same version that is already installed.

Is there an update, or is that a glitch? I have the purchase code connected, so I assume the alert is coming from that connection to notify about updates. However, I prefer to update themes via the ThemeForest files so that they are reviewed by Envato first.

I try to rebuild it, when I try to activate the JB theme with the purchase code I recive ‘this purchase code is already active!’ message. 01. Besides Images files and Videos links, Can I add Mp3 (w/images)files / Soundcloud links and Mp4 self-hosted videos in Home-Slider too?

02. Is there an option to add a share-icon in each slide in Home-Slider? Same as Oni Photography Theme

03. I have the need to add Likes icon feature for each Portfolio in Home Slider. Could be possible with WP ULike plugin? ..any recommentadtion is appreciated. Thank You!

Hi there, When I entered the JohnBlack theme’s registration code for our website, it said it was successfully registered. But there’s a notification at the top saying it still hasn’t been registered, so when I try again, it says that the code was already used. I can’t make any changes to the theme, as when I click to save, it says I have to register.
