There are no clear instructions for use of this theme; even after 20 years of working with WordPress it was frustrating and nearly impossible to implement.
The biggest issue was lack of demo data, one that seems to be an issue with many users. Demo data is promised with the theme, but it's just not there.
Numerous attempts to contact the theme designer resulted in the least possible help ("We updated the plug-in" - a problem was mentioned in passing and did NOTHING to help with the difficulties I was experiencing).
My last attempt to contact them was met with two days of silence and when I once again attempted to make contact was told they get back to me after the weekend.
Too late, I am done and chalking it up to live and learn.

The theme looks nice and the build quality is great. Though it took us some time to figure out how to install the demo data, but hopefully the support helped us solve our problem.

I've been working with Wordpress websites since 2007. I always rely on the reviews to make smart purchase decisions with themes. TrueThemes had stellar reviews and I have to say, that the customer service I've received, has even surpassed the reviews. Really excellent support and a great product!
