I installed your theme, when tried to install plugins, WP Bakery Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugin not updating its asking plugin requires update. Its shows like WP Bakery Installed version 6.8.0 bt minimum required version 6.9 and Revolution Slider installed version 6.5.19 minimum required version 6.5.20..when I click update alsoi its not updating. the file_get_contents loads the svg icons/logo content, if you have the right configurations set in the server settings, it loads the svg content without any problem, but you have the issue with the SSL certificate. So please contact the hosting support to help you solve the config issue
Visual Composer is not activated even when I installed the theme. Is there anything I should do?
Once installed the theme you should get message to install required plugins. WP bakery plugin is included in that list and comes with theme
I do have WP bakery. But I get a message that Visual Composer requires Premium activation. The template documentation says that it would be included in the pricing. The biggest issue is that I can not edit product information
Wp bakery does not require activation. To enable the editor for the products, just go to the WP bakery settings role manager custom editor, and toggle the products checkbox, save and now the WP bakery editor will appear in the productd
How do I edit the pop up? I dont see it anywhere. The pop up when page loads.

9s too long. I can list optimization plugins. But I guess first you should change my the hosting. As without any optimization plugins theme should rock! To remove popup just edit homepage in WP bakery backend be editor – it is the last element
İ dont use a shared hosting i have dedicated server, and another wordpress on this server take 400ms – 500ms but this theme is 7s – 9s with llitespeed cache enabled, please share optimization plugins list i will try.:)
and why you dont make a settings on wp admin dashboard enable disable or change popup content for futyre camgain. everyone doesnt know use wp bakery.

And about the popup – as you can see it is part of builder block – you can add it to any page with any content – so making separate toggle option for the popup element from the theme settings is wrong logic
