So the banner on header area through theme option/theme panel doesn’t support shortcode. Doesn’t support AdSense ads code. And the solution by editing the theme file will be removed when updated the theme. Then what to be add there? An empty image? That looks just ads but not real ads.

Hello, you don’t need to ZIP something and don’t need to unpack files (if you downloaded regular theme file). Download theme file as ZIP from Themeforest and don’t unpack it (your browser/Windows settings may unpack it for you – disable this settings). Then use this ZIP to upload to WordPress. Yes, you need to enable main theme first to install plugins (if you don’t copied plugins folder to child theme), then you can switch back to child theme.
