Why Last Update 3 March 2021? Why paid tons of money for this theme?
I tried to install with php 8.0 but demo data cant imported with php 8.0, when i downgrade 7.4.33 demo data imported succesfully. But now website cant working on mozilla firefox. Freezing mobile screen. I bought this theme 5 years ago but I never use my licence code yet. So how can i use in php 8 with no problem?

It’s hard to provide customer support without further investigations and we can’t do that here since it might require an exchange of login information and so on.

Presale-question/issue: I tried the demo version and it works on my MacBook Air 2013, Mac Mini M1, older iPads BUT doesn’t work on my new iPad Pro M1. Please let me know if you have already a fix for this issue. It will load any of the pages one time and when you switch to or click onto projects, pages, menus, it doesn’t load anything. Thanks!

As we already talked about this via email, we’ll still investigating. It works perfectly on M1 chip MacBooks, indeed, but there might be some issues on iPad with this chip.

I have a few of your themes and i have to say updates don’t come very often … its ok to find new customers by coming up with new themes but neither is it a bad idea to keep your current customers happy.

To be honest, we don’t use to update the themes just for the sake of it. We release updates when we have something important (new features or major bug fixes). Are you looking for something specific regarding a new theme update for the Pile theme?

I hear you, but can you at least test your themes with the latests wordpress / woocommerce versions so we know it is compatible?
Your themes compatibility is at WP 5.1 and WC 3.6… how do we know if little bugs are not from incompatibility issue?
Wordpress is at 5.6 and Woocommerce at 4.9 now! You are very far behind…
Also, It does not look very professionnal that a 225$ theme has not been updated for the last 8 months, don’t you think so?

Hi, I’ve been using these theme for a while now and I’m very happy with it.
However, I am trying now to set some portfolio pages as password protected, but it seems not to be working. I’ve tried both the wordpress built in password protect option as well as a third party plugin (Passster). and non seems to do anything.

There is an error with recaptcha WPForm, the message in console is “Uncaught Error: reCAPTCHA has already been rendered in this element” I think you call somewhere in the theme an other recaptcha. (if i active the theme default WordPress, no problem)
I really need to find a solution, i receve SPAM.
Do you have the same problem on your demo?

I had to try from a friend before buying, unfortunately the theme is not compatible with Revolution Slider. The way pages are loading does not allow Revolution Slider script to initialize the slider

From the desktop Version everythings is perfect. But whats with the scaling of my Mobile Pictures? Just look at my Home Page on a mobile devise I know that the theme cut the centre of a picture für the Mobile Devise version. But my pictures on Mobile look so much like garbage. ( QUality vise )

Hey there,
As you may know, the header on computer is landscape oriented but, on mobile side, everything is portrait. This means that, somehow, the images that are wide displayed on the computer need to be changed and displayed on mobiles. In order to achieve this, we are cutting the edges of the images and keep the center area. We are keeping the height untouched and cut from left and right side giving that nobody wants to have a flattened image on his page.

Hello, I’ve come across your Pile theme and I’m quite interested in purchasing it. I’ve carefully looked through Live Preview, read comments and had a proper look at Showcase with websites using the theme but I’m still not sure about one important feature. Before I buy the theme, I need to be sure about one thing. I will need to have different portfolios in the main menu which look like portfolio on the Home Page but showing projects or project categories of my choice and not all of them. I found out that in the comments you advise to create a link to a category and add it to the menu which looks like that: https://demos.pixelgrade.com/pile/portfolio_category/identity/ but I’m not very impressed by the look of it – I don’t want to have this category text but instead, I’d rather have a slider and chosen projects below it. Then I saw this website in the Pile theme’s Showcase http://www.tiffanirae.com/portfolio/ and I’d like to know if I can easily organise project categories to look like that.

Looking at the website http://www.tiffanirae.com/portfolio/ in your theme Showcase I thought it’s already possible to have particular portfolio categories in the main menu with a slider. I like the Live Preview of the theme and examplary websites i the Showcase and I’d buy it if was sure that I could arrange portfolios the way they are organised on the site linked above.
