Hello, In Elementor, Ajax Woocommerce Products widget & Woocommerce Product widget show only 1 column on mobile. Even when this is set to 2columns, it still shows only 1 column on my mobile sevice.

Hey Team, I have a license of the theme and it says version 2.8.1 and I can see the changelog that its currently at Ver 3.4 and there’s a lot of changes that’s happened. My WordPress is updated and seems like the theme is collapsing and ending up with white blank pages all over! Is there an update I should be doing or something to save the site and its content?
