I’ve noticed a lot of people are having the same issue as me on here on importing the demo file. It keeps getting stuck on 80%. I’ve been trying to import this for about 8 hours now. Has anyone found a resolution? Or can anyone provide me some advice for this? It’s been incredibly frustrating. Thanks.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Guys you theme needs update, It doesn’t support latest version fully. there are conflicts almost every step. we can either use theme or other plugins.

Hello guys, Need attention, I’m running out of time and need to fix this ASAP. I’m facing issues with theme.
1- Never get 100% demo data import, Server specifications are changed according to the instructions in documentation. 2- Rev slider, I tried to import sliders manually and it show error, it create blank slider with the folder name( don’t know what to do). 3- Widgets are not accessible, it shows check developer tools. and critical error in website.
NOTE: I used wp-server info plugin to check server specification and changed values according to theme documentation before running import. Moreover, Unable to find any alternate way to import slides. also, tried to troubleshoot widgets error and ended up with critical error in website.
Considering all these I tried to setup WordPress locally, just to make sure it should not be the server end issue because I recently upgraded server. unfortunately, same issues were there with local import.

ya hace mas de un año adquirí el tema e estado comunicando con soporte primero para que me apoyen y no e recibido respuesta el tema es muy difícil ya que se mueven todos los elementos al momento de hacer una modificación en una pagina se alteran los de las demás paginas en escritorio puede verse bien pero en teléfono móvil se desacomoda totalmente la interfaz es un verdadero dolor de cabeza estar checando en el pc y móvil cada que haces una modificación ya que si no se queda mal en el escritorio queda mal en en móvil ósea es trabajar 4 a 6 mas de normal espero vean mi comentario y me regresen mi dinero ya que lejos de ayudarme me quito muchísimo tiempo

We’ve included compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) in latest theme update so theme should work correctly on latest version of WordPress.

This disclaimer found on your support page should be disclosed before a consumer purchases. The majority of WPbakery users use the frontend page builder, not the back “We disabled WPBakery’s Frontend Editor by default because it doesn’t work well with some of our theme’s Javascript functionality. With the Frontend Editor, some elements will not display correctly until you save and refresh the page after adding them.” I would have not purchased knowing this.

I have requested a refund. The backend editor of visual composer is not displaying drag / drop content in the correct order as they are displayed on the live site and preview. This makes using it near impossible. I have requested a refund through themeforest. There way too many functionality issues with using the WPbakery plugin to build pages. I recommend pulling it from the theme and finding another alternative for buyers like me seeking a drag / drop editor to use.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet but you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ until we release an official update. However the theme will work perfectly fine.

I have a few question.
1. My home page based on this page – https://pintsandcrafts.qodeinteractive.com/ and I need to know how I can translate “See more” button on Slider? 2. I have an offer prepared in Prints&Crafts Portfolio and I have two categories defined. The first category has 18 elements, the second – 7. The first category displays 6 items correctly behind it I have to select the Load more button (btw. I want to translate this button) but the problem is with the second category – when I choose a tab, only one product appears. Why? And in this case I would like to disable SHOW ALL function – it is possible?
