You can also try using custom css:

}
Just set the height you need and add custom css in Select Options > General > Custom CSS.

We had registered theme on dummy domain to check the theme performance but deleted the website without deregistering. Now we want to activate the theme on main site domain but it wants us to deregister from previous one. The previous website was deleted and we cant deregister the theme.

I have successfully installed the theme, but “Select Options” does not appear in the WordPress admin panel. I have reached out for support through Qode but have not heard back. Any possible help?

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve installed plugins included with the theme. Once you install and activate Select Core plugin the “Pitch Dashboard” and “Select Options” should appear in the left menu. You should also make sure that your purchase code is registered in Pitch Dashboard (please see screenshot).

I’ve already submitted a ticket, I’ve had a reply and it doesn’t help me.
The article you’ve linked to doesn’t apply to this theme. There is no file upload import option. Without the export.select-themes.com domain and without a file upload option, the XML import cannot function!
It’s not an issue with your server (not the immediate issue anyway), the subdomain export.select-themes.com doesn’t exist at your DNS server, it’s not resolvable, there is no A record for this subdomain it’s been removed.

To change heading tag for titles in Select Slider it would be necessary to edit theme template files.
The file in question is slider.php located on this path wp-content\plugins\select-core\modules\post-types\slider\shortcodes\slider.php (please see screenshot).

Thanks for writing in! In order to so that your newly purchased theme appears in the supported items from our help center, you first need to submit a request for in so it can be registered.
So once you try to submit a request only fill in Premium themes, theme profile (Select) and theme (Pitch) then submit a request for it. Once this is done your theme will appear next time in the supported items in the form.

I did as described: How to update the Pitch theme?
You can update our theme by performing the following steps:
1. Download the documentation file and all latest files from ThemeForest (its downloads page)
2. Extract it and locate pitch.zip
3. Extract pitch.zip and locate the pitch folder
4. Copy/replace the contents of the pitch folder to your site’s /wp-content/themes/pitch folder.
Using this method, no existing content or settings will be lost.
There is an open ticket for breaking images on the dasboard.

Hi I have just setup the theme for a client. I have imported the split home demo and its a whole mess when it comes to editing content. I can’t see which part I am editing in the backend editor. Hi, I changed my business name and domain name. I’m using the Pitch license but it seems to be assigned to my old domain name. I cannot contact you via your support as I don’t have a renewed license.
