This is not worth it! Such a disappointment. I purchased this theme to build my company website, and it's only issues over issues. The site is NOT responsive at all, if you look at it from Google Chrome, Safari, Brave, or other SE it will not look the same, in terms of font. We asked the support to help solve this, they answer that it would take too long, so we should finish the site and tackle this last. Isn't this one of the main things that should be working, the fonts!!! The parallax doesn't work on mobile, and the overall mobile view is a disaster. We also ended up having 2 menus on our mobile view, as one just can't be removed, how ridiculous! We have been working on this for two months now, such a lost of time as we will have to purchase another theme.

We are sorry to hear that you've got this impression.

Theme is responsive and it is working correctly on our end. We could locate only one ticket with your purchase code at our Help Center, however, we couldn't find any mention of the fonts. This could be due to some cache plugin so if you are using one please deactivate it and check if the issue persist.

Parallax effect is usually used on full screen and full width desktop screens. It’s basically designed for those screens at first place. On the other hand, parallax effect behaves strangely on different mobile devices, and there is no way to determine how it will act on those devices. Sometimes it may work properly on one device and it can be messed up on another. That is why we included the option to disable the parallax effect for mobile/touch devices. You can find this option under Select Options>Parallax.

If you have side area opener and mobile opener both on mobile menu, then one can be hidden with some custom css and our support agents can assist you with this. Please continue the conversation with our support team at Help Center and they will gladly help you regarding any theme related question.

Sadly this theme has not aged well. The GTMetrix score (on the developer's own server) is pretty bad and we had to recently ditch it for another theme for our client.

The speed of the site will not depend solely on the theme. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed and you can see some of our recommendations in this article here.
A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site's performance and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article - Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
You can also navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance and disable icon packs that you don't intend on using and this should have a positive effect on the overall performance of your site.

I decided to launch my brand a few years ago. When I discovered the outrageous prices for professional help, I opted out and built my first website with WIX. As a newbie to this digital world, it was difficult adapting to the platform. Once my website was done, I was beyond disappointed and began my search for something better and found this website, Themeforest. I had never heard of a theme, the name Word Press or Envato. This was the first time I heard terms like "Hosting" and "Install" and Themes. Although completely petrified, I decided to try out this new world of WP. I was lucky to stumble across the "Pitch" theme. It was everything I envisioned for my brand. I got even more hopeful with the team who created and provided support. Before I purchased the theme, they spend more than two months answering all my questions. I learned about hosting, install, and was able to do it all by myself. When I finally purchased the theme, the support exceeded my expectations. When my first support term ended, I didn't renew it because I allowed my theme to sit for a year and thought it was a waste of money. When I finally started to work on my theme, I hired an outside Support group through Bluehost. Although they were in awe and intrigued by the theme capabilities, they couldn't provide timely help or answer the essential questions I needed as a newbie- Another year wasted! I was so frustrated; I let the theme installed theme sit another year. A few months ago, I made a full circle and purchased a 5-month support plan here in hopes to finally finish the website. AND I'm SO GLAD I DID. Within one week, I've made more progress with this support team than I have in 3 years with design agencies and third-party support services. When I submitted my first 10 tickets back to back, I was shocked how easy it was to resolve. These were the same tickets; other third party services took weeks to work on and still couldn't fix. I am so grateful to your team. PROFESSIONAL & INFORMATIVE!

I really appreciate the customer support. The team is flexible and reactive.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this theme is one of the worst I have ever purchased from here. It simply does not work out of the box. The author insists on joining their ticket system and relies on this and ignores emails, all the while answering once per day so a simple query takes a week to get anywhere.

Support on the whole is ok, as in they do respond when they can be bothered but when the theme they have loaded as their demo is nothing like what you purchase it leaves a lot to be desired.

There are too many issues to list in this small review, but suffice to say when you first install it everything looks fine but then you need access to php.ini to edit allowances and that's where the issues begin - looks can be deceiving. Importing the theme data does not replicate the demo theme - there are many issues from layout to the WP Bakery Editor not rendering properly and much, much more.

The whole theme is ugly and impartial at best - missing content, images and many instances of direct urls being used in the editor thus meaning each element on each page must be directly edited to remove these urls - also, it's impossible to know what you are editing in WP Bakery as it renders raw code and not the normal pretty dialog widgets so each page is a mile long and infinitely scrolling!

I have simply given up, having been asked at 10am to allow them to install the demo content, yet nothing has been done and won't now until at least tomorrow - we've wasted several days on this already! Surely working smarter and not harder is the way forward, just fix the package installer to work out the box then we won't need to hassle you with tickets!!

I caution anyone considering this theme - yes it is lovely but until they package it so we can import as per the demo theme then sadly this review is warranted. I am happy to revise this review when author updates things and/or gets our site working as it should.

We can see that your request has been answered and that our support agent has asked you to provide us with your Error log in order to be able to investigate this on your end.

Now we can see that your ticket has been responded to and our support agent has been working on your website and imported the demo content. Also, we do see that you had an SSL issue and therefore our support agent could not access your site.

Important theme updates stay out or are delivered very late! Developer answers support requests very late or inadequate. As a businessman, I regret having bought this theme and would like to cancel the purchase.
