I have been using this theme since 2019. I have used around 8 different themeforest themes and Pixwell is by far my favourite!
The best part is Theme-Ruby’s support. A lot of different developers usually don’t actually help when needed but keep telling you how it is beyond the scope of support. Or they take a lot of time to respond.
No matter how great the theme is but if you can’t build it like the beautiful demos and support is no help, it’s all a waste. Theme-Ruby has always gone an extra mile to help out whenever needed and faster than expected. Their theme itself is very customisable and well built.

Hello, I purchase this theme two days ago and install. Only to find out that the theme is not premium and the elementor site builder plugin is not working. asking me to upgrade what i just bought. please resolve this issue because i can’t pay $61 and go through all this stress

I really enjoyed your work. But I noticed in all the demos that there is a big space between the lines of text. Can this be easily modified in the Dashboard customization?

Please ensure that the Pixwell Core is updated with the theme. Because we made a lot changes the the core. an old Pixwell core version may cause the issues.

The theme is supposed to be compatible with Elementor, yet I upgraded to Elementor Pro and the Pixwell Core core plugin is incompatible with certain features of this. For example, the “sticky” function on an Elementor Pro Header will not work if Pixwell Core plugin is active, nor will the mobile menu work.
The theme supports header sticky in the theme options and no need the pro version of Elementor.
You have limited header options in the theme options – it just didn’t really work for me, which is why I added Elementor Pro. It never occurred to me a theme built to work with Elementor would be incompatible with Elementor Pro. My support has expired, so your team will not help (I did ask). At this point I don’t see many options other than changing theme and re-building the whole site.
We have just discussed with the support team about your situation .Because you are using a header created by Elementor pro (it doesn’t belong to the theme). So the theme sticky script could not find the defined tags.
This is not a theme issue and it is also beyond the support scopes. However, Our team has replied and is ready for help. But your support time has expired, so you only need to extend it.

It is a theme issue. In fact it is a problem with the Pixwell Core Plugin. If I disable this the Elementor Pro header works perfectly. There is some code within your plugin (which by the name is core to your theme) that overrights Elementor Code and causes it not to work.
You say it is beyond support scopes, but that I should extend the support?

I do appreciate the hard work that you put into this theme. I also appreciate the help that you gave me when I have needed it.
But this this a DARK MODE BUG that you don’t want to fix. It’s past six months since I bought it and I went as far as recording videos to show you how that WHITE FLASH on dark mode really hurts the eyes and might chase away visitors.
You promised that you’ll fix it on the next update but you haven’t and neither are you showing any commitment to fix this bug!!!
I don’t know why you would dedicate time to develop new Pixwell Templates and not take care of AN ANNOYING BUG!!!!

Our themes use Localstorage instead of the cookie to implement the dark mode. This will help the cache plugins can serve a static zip file for customers immediately and help you to reduce server usages and increase site speed.
However, you may get white flickering on page load if the script is optimized by 3rd party plugins and load late at the footer.
There are only way that switching to use cookie and serve the dark mode at the server side. This will also take more hosting resource.
Regarding your solution: it isn’t help at all in our case, you will also see a white background longer than if you apply these code.
Our developer have an version support for the cookie mode to prevent this issue. However, our team has not released it yet. If you are interest in. Please contact the support team, we will be happy to assist and add it to your website.
BTW, your rating is really unfair for us after our support team provided best support and helped you with a lot customization although your support is expired.

First of all, I have openly stated that your theme is awesome and I love it. Second, I have also lauded you for helping me with customizations and partially offering some help even when my support has expired.
Now to the real issue.
I have complained about dark mode issue for almost SIX MONTHS now. At first, you downplayed it and acted like you’re unaware. I was forced to record videos to show you the issue.
From there, you told me that your developers will investigate and fix the issue IF THEY FIND ANY! In other words, you didn’t express any goodwill to fix that terrible white/dark flash bug.
From your response above, you’ve said that your developers have a solution that’s yet to be pushed to the end users of the theme. Why wouldn’t you tell me about it and asked me if I was willing to try it out? I have sent reminders to you to fix the issue almost every month.
This is a bug that I found with the theme and reported it when my support was active; hence, I do have the right to demand for a fix regardless of whether my support is active or not.
There were other bugs that I reported to you but I decided to ignore them since some I could do without the affected features while others I managed to find alternatives. But I chose not to let go of the dark mode issue.
I will edit my review once this issue is fixed. I tried to give you guys time to commit to fixing it but all that landed on deaf ears.
