Without your store url we can’t say where is the issue. Our theme is working perfectly. Are you familiar with prestashop?? When you install theme it will automatically load all css. Why it is not loading in your website. Without website url we can not check??

why not just tell me where to upload the css file to instead of asking for my FTP access and URL. i have requested a refund!

I upload the theme via FTP no joy, installed it via WP with snd without your css file file no joy
