There is an update for Slider Revolution from 6.5.19 to 6.5.21. When updating via “Active theme components: Plugins” we receive an error message.
“Some items are not updated! Attention! The page will reload in 5 seconds to update the list of available backups!”
The update has always worked previously. Is there a reason why it isn’t working?

I purchased this event a couple years ago so my support has expired. When I purchased this theme, and launched my client’s website, I put in a support ticket for you to fix the event calendar. It displays in descending order where it shows later events first instead of upcoming events first. You guys fixed this for me, but when I updated the theme, that fix went away.
I need it fixed again but wanted to know how I can have this done without having support? Thank. you.

Hi, To tell you the truth I have a dozens of problems . Is it correct, that I can not edit the text in a text box, can not choose a color, or make it bold, italic, etc, can not change linespacing? Is it normal that I can not insert arrows or bullets in slider revolution 6? Is it normal, that the event calendar in widget can not be scrolled by month? Is it normal that the + and – signs cover the first letters of the questions in FAQ section? And finally that a button can not be translated in blogposts?

Hello my support has expired for this theme, but when I first purchased it I put in a support ticket to fix the order of the event. When I put an event on my client’s website, the events show up in descending order instead of ascending. The upcoming dates show at the bottom instead of the top. You guys fixed this for me back then but when I updated the theme, it reverted back to the old way. How can this be fixed so when I update the theme, it will not override what you did?
My support recently expired and of course the first issue comes up now. I have 5 blog pages. I fixed that but I have another question: https://creativeactingcoach.com/ – in the box that says “How coaching can benefit you?” It’s considered a promo box. How do I change that text so it shows up? “I’m committed to helping you give your best performance. Whether it’s in the theater, tv commercials, pilot work, or theatrical films, I’m available to help you be the best actors” and then how do I change the images that display as banners up to on other pages : https://creativeactingcoach.com/about-me/ I.e. where it says ‘about me’ and has the hand holding the pen / pencil.

I installed the Ninja form plugin. I installed it on this theme, and the styling on the front end is completely fine.
The issue I’m having is when testing the form to ensure it works, when I submit the form, the email comes over just fine. However, when I open my email it comes over in html code format. What is causing the HTML format on the emails? I’ve used this plugin on other sites with no issues.

Hello there! Please let me know how I can turn off the “scroll” in some pages. Sometimes it is not possible to smoothly scroll down a page, instead the browser takes me to specific containers which make sit impossible to read certains parts of the page. This is not happening in all browsers, but my client keeps reporting it to me.

Good Day, I purchased this theme last year but my support has expired. The main theme plugin ThemeREX Addons is conflicting with every single contact forms plugin I install.
It was working fine until I updated the theme to the latest update you have. I use WPForms and when we receive an email it’s all coming over in html code, it does the same with contact form 7 an Ninja Forms.
When I deactivate the ThemeREX Addons plug in it comes over the way it should. Is there away you guys can update this plugin. Am I the only one having this issue with this theme?

Contact form 7 plugin is included in the theme package and should work properly. We can’t guarantee other plugins to be fully compatible with the theme.

Thank you Emily for the prompt reply. I’ll try and reach out to WP Forms developer, I pay an annual fee for that plugin and like it alot better than Contact Form 7 which is very buggy. WPforms has worked with your theme since day one, I was trying to understand what happened for it not to work. Your theme don’t work with Ninja forms either.

Hello there! We are using this theme since 2016 and would like to stick with it, because we find it very beautiful and it generally meets our requirements. Since 2018 however we are seeing issues in page editor screens regarding visual page builder. Since then it was only possible to modify page content via JS Composer frontend builder.
And now also this “workaround” stopped working, because as soon as we save any changes, the entire module disappears from the page.
We were hoping this was just a temporary bug and that you, the theme developer would soon release a fix for this. But.. nope. its 2020 and the bug still remains. In almost all of our pages the js composer backend builder is not usable as it is missing almost all of the used modules.
We already did basic testing, like deactivating all used plugins and see if the issue remains, And yes it remains. We only left WP Bakery Visual Composer and the PJ Theme activated. And still our page editor is missing modules. And frontend doesnt save without losing the modules just edited. PHP max memory for this site is set to 256MB.
Is there a way you could help us? I set up an admin account for you so you can have a look in our installation right away.
Unfortunately my support time has been used up. But I am wondering if we are the only ones having these issues with the builder tool tbh. I dont see why I should purchase another support license, if the product just isnt working right…
