Hi, Your theme is not showing a preview. “Failed to Connect”

Hi, I have purchased your theme recently via Envato Elements. I am trying to make the theme go RTL (Right-to-Left) and so far most of it works good but there are a few bugs:

1. My cart/account sidebar isn’t showing right 2. On the collection page, instead of showing 3-4 products in a row, it shows one and the next one below it, at third of the size, and then the next one will be third of the previous one and so forth – which seems like a bug that is irrelevant to the changes I have made.

I’m using Planet Store theme and when I go to view the site from within Admin, by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon, the page that loads is static and none of the links work.

Also, I have changed the footer logo many times but the Planet logo is still there. It never changes.

I have a question here with your theme. As I set up some menu but the buttons are not working at all. They don’t link to the back-end system at all. Can you find out why, and is there any bugs there? Please reply me as soon as you see this message.
