I bought this theme specifically for the Christmas layout and it is not showing up. I reached out to support and have gotten no response. Either help me or Id like a refund please this is not what I paid for!

This theme was a complete waste of money. It's full of spelling errors and customizing it is a major headache. I can't recommend this theme.
