The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
Current version of the theme should work correctly with the latest WordPress version and in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Why the sliderrevolution (sliderrevolution.com) requested a lisence key, because i have imported a demo page from the template

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Hello, this theme looks good for me but I need to be able to add a TRY DEMO button to a portfolio item – and then I would like this to open a HTML page (that contains my game) ideally in some sort of lightbox or iFrame. Is this possible?

You can enable using Elementor or WPBakery page builder on portfolio post-type pages and add the button to this page which will open some URL. How you will create that page, is not something that we can help you with.

There are two an out-of-date plugins that are only updated through the theme. One of them is a critical 9.1 CVSS 3.1 score. When can we expect an update? Is there any way to allow out of band updates for things like this? The patches have been out since mid-May.

I purchased the Player X theme in 2019 and used it for years now. My site crashed and I had to reinstall wordpress and when I did I tried to reactivate my theme and it needs me to deactivate the license first. But I can’t deactivate it because the site is gone.

Is there an ETA on Woocommerce Updates?
There is a persistent error stating
“Your theme (Playerx) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.”.
It appears to stem from
playerx/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 4.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.4.0, playerx/woocommerce/product-searchform.php version 3.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.0.1

I bought a regular license for this product in 2021. I never got round to using it until now, April 2023.
However when I try to register the theme in hPanel it says the following:
“This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.”
I’ve never used the theme before so disappointed to see my license has either been sold to someone else or I’ve been outright scammed. Can you please explain what’s happened here?

How can i move the mobile logo all the way to the left and the menu opener all the way to the right on mobile view?

Unfortunately changing the menu opener and logo positions on mobile is not a feature of the theme. You can find available options for mobile header in PlayerX Options > Mobile Header.

I have received a Woocommerce notice that your theme may not be compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce:

Is your theme up to date with WooCommerce?

You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.
