Hi Dear, I still cannot see the screenshot. The url is not loading properly If you want to fix the height of the logo on mobile header please send me the link to yoru website. After that I will send you the CSS code which you can add to yoru websiet and fix the height of the logo. Thanks

Hi Tsupriadi, Here is the css code please paste it by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Custom css and clik Save changes. It will fix the logo height on mobile devices. By the way your logo is too big you should decrease its size a little bit to adjust it properly on the header.

Hi, i just purchased Plumbin theme and after i installed the theme in my wordpress, it can not be actived. the page broken straight away and says there are errors. the information beblow may help you to finger out what happened on my site. YES I have read through the documentation and there is no clear indication of you insert the slider.
I have read the documentation, I have clicked each of the three options that I pointed out to you and nowehere is there anywhere is the documentation notes option.
I have submitted two other questions about this theme also that I haven’t received answers too.
Please do not just say read the documentation – that is not a suitable answer and I expect a little bit of constructive support here.

Hi there,
Two more issues I have come across.
1. When I go to edit a page “Drain Cleaning” the WPBakery edit mode is not available. It is below the horrible post block but will only let you ADD ELEMENT or ADD TEXT BOX. I cannot edit content using WPB.
2. The same page, I have set my Services menu to the page but annoying is still displays CATEGORIES as a side panel.
I have looked everywhere to fix this but cannot seem to do it.

my sliders do not install when demo content has been imported.
is there a way to install this?
On Slider Rev menu i see “No sliders found” Under this i see
> New Slider > Add Slider from template > Import slider options
but i’m not sure what option I should be using and where I would find the sliders in the package?

Also, when I make changes under Theme Options, any changes I make to the colors of the header topbar do not show up on the site. Nor do I see where to change fonts in the main menu area, or what area the titlebar customizations and background image are in reference to. The social icons also appear too high on the menu.

Please don’t worry about updating the WP Bakery plugin to the latest. Just Ignore the Update Notice. These plugins works well without updating. Our Developers are working very hard on new updates on all of our themes once this theme update will be approved you will be notified via email. I was e-mail you on 10th of June that I have a problem with my WPBakery Visual Composer and you send me the latest version but unfortunately when Install the WP Bakery then the slider stops working. Could you please send me the latest version of the slider as well. I see that there is a Plumbing theme 2.0 but my wordpress is Version 5.4.2. Can install the theme 2.0 too my wordpress version .

hi, I loaded all the plugins as per instructions, but the “visual composer” is not present in the list of installed plugins, instead I see the “WPBakery Page Builder” which was not among those present during the installation phase. If I try to edit a page, I only have the classic editor and the side menu of WP disappears.

Hello, I installed the theme by executing all the instructions correctly. I loaded the DEMO data, the site works well, but the Footer is not seen correctly, it is not put on the 4 columns as indicated in the Footer Columns section.

Sorry to hear that, please go to Appearance > Widgets areas here set the plugins manually by yourself some times when we import demo data some plugins miss. you can add the widget to the fourth column by yourself. Thanks

Sory to hear that, after installing the theme make sure you import the theme demo data. then you have to import the theme sliders from Revolution Slider Plugin. Make sure you enable VC in to pages you can enable by going to visual composer page builder tab in the left hand side and in the settings you can select edit page with visual composer

Hi I have the Plumin v2.0 Theme and under the theme options / Social Media the URL to the Facebook / Twitter / Pinterest / Google+ / You Tube and Instagram are all not available to add links into. What has happened here the ones I don’t want to use are available? Please let me know the fix. Thanks
Sorry to hear that, You can find Social Media Links by going to Appearance > Theme Options > Here in the theme option panel in the Social Share Tab you can add your Social Media Links ie Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and so on.
Yes I am aware how to get to them. The issue is that the box where you place the links to the social media pages is not there so nothing can be entered. Hence my support request. To be exact there are no url box for FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, You Tube and Instagram. The others do have a url box… Let me know if this is not clear and if you need a screenshot sent. Hi, I believe this theme was supposed to include visual composer. It is not in the list of plugin on my download/install.
