I bought this theme for a client, thinking it would be a time saver to quickly setup a website instead of building it from scratch as i usually do. If you plan to stay close to the demo content, this theme may even be a perfect fit, since most of the elements provided are well designed.
For me though it was rather confusing and time consuming finding the theme options and features scattered all over the place.
Support wasn't really helpful as well so i had to come up with a solution myself - and even getting a support ticket opened was kinda painful.

We are much concerned that you faced difficulties with theme customization as most of the content (including headers and footers) is modified via the user-friendly Elementor Page Builder. As for the 404 page customization, you can edit the content-404.php file to meet your needs. In the ticket https://support.themerex.net/ticket/85503 our Support agent provided you with instructions and recommendations. If you still have difficulties, you can reply back to the tech to get further assistance. We highly recommend using our Support channel as means of getting assistance rather than the review area. Hoping for your cooperation!
Excellent template, it really is. Good design, lot of resources. I would highly recommend any product from ThemeREX.
All I can say is, the perfect template for my needs! I had some issues getting ti to display correctly, as it turned out, the culprit was deemed 3rd party plugins. Once that got sorted out, the template displayed beautifully on web and mobile. Customer service stayed on the issue until resolved. I'm extremely pleased!

Excellent support and more flexible to customize.
The Theme is great, the Update is really well designed.
I have worked with the old version, and used the Child Theme. The Update was not such a smooth experience, as the Team changed completely the build-up of the Theme, so everything needed to be rebuilt from scratch, which is not optimal when working with clients.
The Support Team was fantastic, so we sorted it out, I just wish the Documentation had a special section for those of us updating from the old Theme/ old Child Theme.

I'm so UPSET after paying for this theme and installing it to a new website and the ALT's are not being pulled into the theme!!!! Hello! This is a major SEO issue! Stay away from this them until they get this fixed! Plus they never help, even when you fill out tickets. I'm truly upset!!!! Been a member for over close to 6 years and this is the worse theme developer to work with! I mean come on the alt's?......... So simple to fix yet they will have you fill out a ticket and never respond! If you care about SEO don't buy this theme!
