Good Morning, i have a little issue. When I click on ‘MENU’ under ‘APPEARANCE’ in WordPress to customize menu items, I only see a blank page.

I’ve just purchased this theme and do find the footer set-up confusing. Is there any way I can just select one of the pre-formatted footer styles as shown in ‘Features’ on the demo menu? For example “Footer clean modern”. I can only see “Footer style 1, Footer style 2” etc.

Different footer demos are built using those provided styles, settings and widgets. If you have imported demos then you can check footer settings at edit Footer clean modern page > Pofo Page Settings at bottom.

Please make sure to add ticket subject and then create ticket button will become active and you should be able to submit the ticket.

You need to increase max_input_vars to 2000 or more will be better in your server config, please check recommended php config here – https://pofo.themezaa.com/documentation/knowledgebase/start/recommended-php-server-settings/

Hi there,

Have been using the theme for some time now, including using the bundled WP Bakery Builder for creating posts and pages.

All of a sudden today, when I edit a post in Bakery Builder backend editor I just get one large block, rather than the individual blocks that were created when the post was created.

The problem doesn’t seem to be global across the entire website, but just on a handful of posts.

Just wondering whether this is a known issue?

Have updated both the POFO theme, and Bakery Builder plugin but it hasn’t fixed the problem.

I don’t have support anymore so please don’t ask me to lodge a ticket – hopefully there’s a simple enough explanation as there haven’t been any other changes on the site.

Sorry should add when I say the posts are one large block, I mean a “text block” in Bakery Builder – the whole post seems to now have been converted to one large text block rather than the individual blocks used when the post was created. It’s just so weird!

If you have updated WPBakery to latest version 7.0 then there may be chances of above issue. But if that is not the case then we are not facing this type of issue in our theme. You may need to investigate of the conflicts of server config, any other plugins or customisations done.

Please note that our system is showing an alert that your one purchase code is used in 2 or more WP websites. As per Envato regular license policy you can use one regular license of theme in one WP site / domain. So please purchase additional licenses to have legal usage of the theme and in case if you have already purchased multiple licenses then please provide us all those purchase codes, so we can update in the system and other support agent do not mention about this alert again.

Hi! I´m using the Left Classic header option and I need help to add a shortcode to replace the default menu with other (Bellows Accordion Menu) but I don´t know where. I try adding it in Widgets area but that section appears damage, it has a lot of errors and I don´t know for sure if the left classic header option appears there. Please help!

Why isn’t there a basic theme settings section? It would make setting up this theme so much easier and more logical.

You can do theme general settings at Appearance > Customise https://pofo.themezaa.com/documentation/knowledgebase/theme-customizer/, which is the standard feature provided by WordPress and that make the theme lite instead of using any framework or plugins to implement theme settings.

Can any element from any demo be used on any other demo?

Yes of course as all the demos are built using Pofo theme WPBakery shortcodes. You can use that specific WPBakery shortcode or you can save that specific section / element as template in WPBakery and then use that saved template in your desired page.

Hey guys! I know that only after purchasing support will I have an answer. It turns out that after the last update of your template the site simply does not open. The browser informs the error of 2 lines of the template and with that the site does not work. The template update should not cause errors like this. I had to reinstall backups from a month ago and with old version.

We have already tested the update 1.7 by upgrading it on 1.6 and it is working fine. But in case if you have changed any core files of theme or plugins and if custom code is done then there are chances of conflict.

i had purchased your theme and already install the theme on my hosting. i have some quires,

1- after importing demo, the pages doesn’t import hte images of the theme bcz without the images its really hard to identify the template design.

2- is your theme compatible with elementor instead of wp bakery, bcz elementor is much simple and easy to edit.

3- if you click on home page, of my website https://megroup.ae/glowlifelighting/, how to edit the slider bcz i am unable to find it in slider revolution.

4- how to update the revolution slider and wp pabkery plugin to latest as it is asking for purchasing if we want to update it.

Hi i need to change the sticky header behavior. I need to change the moment when the sticky header takes the place of the normal header. Hello! I want to know if in the Left Menu Classic version, the main menu can be opened downwards instead of to the side? and if not, do you know of any plugin that can help me for this? my client doesn’t want the menu opens to the side and I dont know what to do :(

No, there is no option or plugin to make downwards menu in mobile for Left Menu Classic version. You can please consult your WP developer to customise the code to achieve it as per your need.

Suddenly, I faced a new problem for myself. I use page title style #7 for the “About Us” page. In the center of the slide, I use my title H1, which differs from “About us” by the inscription “We are an unusual studio.” As a result, all my bread crumbs on the site look like Home >> “We are an unusual studio.” Could you add the ability to override the title in the Pofo page settings, how is it done to write the Subtitle? Solved! The problem was that while translating featurebox11 and featurebox10, I made the mistake of naming them the same way. And the system didn’t want to display both styles in the list. Regards

I discovered a bug. When editing Pages and Posts, you don’t need to click Save to have your changes saved. They are saved automatically. Even if you change your mind about saving changes and just click close the page, the changes will be saved no matter what. I messed up a few pages that way without suspecting anything. Before the last update of the theme I did not observe these problems.
