The Theme it's a complete mess. It's very difficult to customize and full of bug. I also bought the support extension but the customer service couldn't help me solve the problems I've had with their theme at all. I finally switched to a completely different theme designed by another developer.

It is taking several days to be able to customize it. You really need to know a lot CSS to be able to change colors and language (i managed to do it looking for the code in the Google Chrome inspector and changing it through FTP).

Thanks to Anastasia I am being able to customize it better.
Had a small issue with the set up of the theme so contacted support. The response was quick, well written and understood my issue. Upon reviewing my issue further they were able to determine the issue and get it resolved in no time at all. Definitely a quality team and would recommend from the little bit of support and correspondence I've had.
