I am not an advanced Wordpress user. I bought this theme for its features and clean design. I did not realize I had gotten myself into a learning curve pickle. However HasTheme support has been very gracious and patient in helping me with my problems very quickly and simply. I love this Theme and will have no trouble buying from Has Themes in the future.

The theme has some bugs and documentation is not clear, I requested customer support but after several rounds of emails, I could not get to fix the header logo behavior. They just said they could not see it. I sent videos showing the behaviour with no avail.
The header logo is being called from the parent's theme images folder, so if you want to use a child theme, it will be showing the Politic logo rather than your logo. There is nowhere in the documentation that explains how to fix it.
I can't change theme now because I'm too far ahead on the project.
Great theme and very nice support!
The support team on this theme is amazing. In the first two weeks, we had three very specific issues that were borderline custom coding and they were all addresed in the same day; one within an hour. Also love that is was built with Elementor, one on the best out there. Keep up the great work guys!
The support is excellent. The team is very responsive and they really go the extra mile when it comes to fixing issues. This is a great theme with top-notch support. Highly recommended!
Theme is bug-riddled and poorly-written.
Missing basic features such as the ability to add links to the call-to-action feature icons.
Support is unwilling to provide any help solve basic issues without first demanding full admin access to the site. Asking themeforest for a refund - will not buy from these developers again.
