I recently inherited an unbuilt/unpublilshed WP site, with your theme Politico activated, in which the previous person working on it deleted all the native pages (the one I specifically want is the Contact page). I’ve combed the internet all day today to no avail looking for a way to reinstall the native pages/reinstall the theme (and I may have done more damage buy installing the Politico demo version zip file manually :-/ ). I do not have the original purchase code but can try to prove proof of purchase any other way you see fit. Essentially, how can I start from scratch with your theme as if I just purchased it.
Thanks so much for any help!
Unfortunately the only way I can verify purchase for forum access is with a purchase code or receiving an email from my ThemeForest profile page using the account that purchased the theme. Sorry.
When someone tries to register with the blog, they do not get the password email.
Wordpress error_log shows:
[14-May-2012 23:32:58] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option_tree() in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/themes/wppolitico/header.php on line 28
So, it appears to be a problem with either the Option Tree plugin, or the theme.
I tried moving the Option Tree plugin out of the way, but this did not solve the issue.

Thanks for purchasing!
For some reason, the main navigation menu is not centered underneath the logo. I checked for “empty” menu entries, but there aren’t any. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
Site is www.greygeckopress.com.

(FYI, the menu navigation is not suppose to be centered)

Can not find the contact form, can you explain how to implement it?
The contact form is generated with a plugin. There are links to the plugin in the help file.
I’m looking to use this theme as a private group blog. Would it be relatively simple to require users to login (ideally with a google account) to view posts on the blog and allow them to subscribe and receive email updates when there is a new post? I know some php and html but havent’ worked with wordpress before.
Thanks for your help!
That isn’t a built-in feature of the theme, so you would need to either search for plugins that do that (I’m sure they’re out there) or submit a customization request here: http://themolitor.com/custom
How to do I put more than one image in the slider? Also I keep getting this error in the footer.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-5.3.9\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\wppolitico\footer.php on line 106
Looks like the issue you’re having involves your local server. Unfortunately that isn’t something I can troubleshoot. Try putting the site on a live domain and see if that fixes the issue. If you need additional help, please use my support forums: http://themolitor.com/forums
I fixed it by looking through this thread. Anyways, once I fixed it, the footer text color and font isn’t how its supposed to be. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2q9w8py&s=6. The sidebar links are the same.

Is there a plugin where I can make it so that when guest click on the “continue” button in the slide to read more, they have to register?
I would like to purchase this template and I was wondering if this is compatible for 3.4.1.
Yes, fully compatible
Can you please tell me why I am getting this error code.
I really need to get this resolved. There is a total of 24 files in the theme folder and I uploaded everything.
Warning: include(slider.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fire0799/public_html/wptruthforcitizens/wp-content/themes/wppolitico/header.php on line 88

I am considering purchasing your theme to use for multiple students to blog their experiences from the Democratic and Republican conventions. Can I remove the donate button? Is this theme capable of doing this format?
Yes, absolutely. The donate button is fully customizable, which includes deactivating it entirely.
Before I consider purchasing this theme, I had a few questions:
1. When you upload a logo, does it take the dark grey color or does it keep the same color as the logo itself?
2. Can the donate now button be taken down?
3. Can the image section be resized to a smaller height so that the bottom menu secitons can move up?
1. The theme doesn’t make any adjustments to the logo that you upload. All it’s original attributes of your image are kept in place.
2. Yes, you can control that fully in the theme options.
3. That would require the help of a developer as it wouldn’t be a quick edit. For requests like this, please use this form: http://themolitor.com/custom
Hope that helps, thanks!
