Please note that we provide support via personal tickets only - it is more convenient as in such a way we can investigate each case individually and deeply with personal approach to every customer.

Concerning the site loading speed - all the theme files are optimized already and the issue you have is most likely connected with your hosting provider or third-party plugins you activated. We kindly advise you to contact your hosting provider to figure out what can be done to make site loading faster (perhaps, to change hosting plan or even provider).

Thanks for feedback. Yet please note that as much as we would wish to include a premium events plugin in the theme, we cannot do this, as this plugin does not allow doing this, and this is also prohibited by Themeforest rules. There is a notice about this in item description, and this is a usual practice for all authors too. Also what you mention about sliders purchase code is a usual practice as well, and Themeforest does not allow passing a purchase code to customers who purchase a theme with slider included. Still, you can always contact us for a fresh update, and your slider functions fully.
