I liked the Portada template's design, which makes it suitable for several topics and looks professional.
However, as an amateur in Word Press.org, I found it difficult to install it myself and to amend the template. I asked for support which comes at a fixed fee. The support was brilliant, and they solved my issue even at the weekend.
Suppose you want to improve your service in the future. In that case, you can create several videos where an instructor talks you through collecting in advance questions from people who have the minimum or medium ability on Word Press.

Portada theme is great, I really recommend it! Design for me is just perfect and using theme is very simple. The most important for me is really fantastic support - you can always ask for help, Portada team is always ready to find solutions of your problem. Don't hesitate, just buy it:)
I am not new to WP and have used a lot of different themes over many years. Though this one looks nice, I would advise anyone to consider other options before this one. The Instagram component no longer works so you cannot add Instagram to the footer as depicted in the demo; enabling Monster Insights analytics makes my entire home page completely blank; there is no working visual builder so you are supposed to edit a page that looks like this: [pb_blockquote author="]txt goes here[/pb_blockquote],
and support has been unable to resolve any of these issues.

Support is poor. It takes 2-4 days for replies on forum thread. Was promised fix by downloading update. Nothing happened. Error codes all over theme when you use cart. Can't use this professionally.
