As i had replied in ticket too, it is a problem with a code removing redux notifications. Please provide us the wp-admin and ftp access of your website in reply to the ticket, so we can fix the issue for you permanently.

and the theme options selected prior to not being able to access theme options have reverted back to default

AFC was quite a few versions old. purchased a license, updated and theme working fine again. You will need to update your theme with the latest ACF pro for it to work
