Right, you can customize everything you want... If you know how to code a drupal 8 site. Unless you have this knowledge, there is nothing more than the basic features of Drupal in this module, with no support.

Don't waste your money here.

Basically - no customer support. No working to support new Drupal versions - theme is not supporting Drupal 9 and Drupal 10 is almost there. Do not spend money on this theme, it is useless.

I am not even able to install the theme (Drupal 8) and this is a clean install.

DO NOT BUY!! DRUPAL VERSION BUGGY AND DOESNT WORK. NO REFUNDS AND NO SUPPORT. THIS product should be removed from theme forest. Why is it still here? Who runs this site anyway?

Refaktor advertizes itself as a "premium" themer, but he lets his 6500 clients who bought this theme in the cold ! They advertise "Drupal 7 & 8", and you only get Drupal 9. THEY HAVE EVEN BOLDLY STATED NOT TO PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT ANYMORE... I think this is very arrogant, leaving all those buyers in the cold. Refaktor has its Porto theme also on other platforms, I think I am gonna post there how they reallt treat their customers: "thank you for the money, go to hell, no support anymore".

I opened two support tickets, both are never answered and closed directly (3 months ago)!

1. Issue: the template comes with outdated and unsupported drupal modules and no informations given from support how to replace them (Module: Field collection 8.x-1.0-alpha1)

2. Documation questions about simple customizations of demos are not answered by support (change logo ratio on template).

I purchased to review and understand more about this template and it's uses for potential client uses. The first thing I noticed was in the default package is seemed to be have been upgraded for PHP7.0, throwing array[] errors within numerous packages.

Reading through the many different comments on the site it's clear the lifetime of this product has reached the end of support phase as PHP has been upgraded and PHP has had enough major upgrades this code has more patches than it is worth.

Always look for the latest PHP version of support and the length of time the package has been in the market and how many versions it has spanned in it's lifetime.

This product is not a good choice if you're planning on keeping up with the release schedule of Drupal and PHP.

First questions were answered. After that there was no reaction on my requests. It appears I am not the only one with this problem.

Besides the bad support, I received complains from the content people. There was code inside body fields of certain content. When they deleted it, the design was not oké anymore.

I switched to another theme with, hopefully, better support.

I received no support whatsoever (zero stars for that), but template itself is done very well with so much capabilities and functionalities.

This is hands down, the best drupal template I have used. It is easily flexible and upgradable. After the mixup with not being able to sign up on their site for support with the themeforest activation code was finally sorted the customer support has been excellent and all this in the middle of a pandemic is even more impressive.

I have tried on multiple occasions to activate this company's support and every time they reject the Envato purchase code. Without access to their support and knowledge base I am not getting what I paid for. I have tried to get them to sort this out three times without success and want my money back.
Don't use them unless you want to be disappointed!
