What i really miss with this theme is that you dont have the option to insert a custom link in a category. So i can put # for not clickable or make a link to any URL. Can you add this in your next update please. Is there another way to do this? Thank you.

We have installed the Porto theme and have observed this is consuming high CPU spiking once a day for 200,000CPU seconds.

Raised a support call #116439 and received a very poor response pointing fingers at my hosting provider. It’s such a shame considering we paid for one year support.

Also the website only contains one product with zero customers, really need this resolved before we load products.

Situations like this are very unhelpful, I expected more or at least some basic analysis as this maybe a bug related a particular component or extension.

I have asked several times to support however they don’t seem to be interested in logging on to check and just send a one line response. This is really frustrating as our hosting company have confirmed there are no issues. It seems everyone wants to pass the blame without helping.

Help here is really appreciated.

It seems that it is exactly the same as the previous time there was a spike.

The ~/pub/static.php process gets randomly spawned a ton of times.

What all extensions comes with your theme? Does your theme include recent sales notification extension? Do you have a list of all free extensions compatible with the theme?

Hi, looking at this theme for our new Magento 2.4 store. We have 3 store views but all on one domain. Can I use different homepage layouts on the homepages of each store?

Also, we intend on building on a test server with a test domain. Is it possibly to get a test license and a live license?

Theme works well on Magento EE. But when you make Megamenu configuration, you need to disable Page Builder. Just enable it when done.

Hello, another question. You´re writing that amasty extensions are compatible. If you´re installing the gdpr extension, the checkbox on newsletter is not showing/working. Can you check this please? Thanks!

Hello Unfortunately in your decumulation it is not clear instructions how to update / upgrade the theme, especially there is not any Information about what patches need to added for Magento 2.4.xx
