Theme activation returns saying Purchase code is not valid!

Purchased theme and entered purchase code in site, but it is saying purchase code is not valid! Please let me know how we can solve this issue.

Very weak documentation. I don’t know where to activate or modify the following: 1- Login popup: The “My Account” link beside the search bar has no action and it’s static, It should popup when i click on it for login or create an account, besides, it should change to be the name of the customer when logged in.

2- Mini cart slide drawer: in your demo, the mini cart click action is opening a drawer from the right. In my website it show a drop down menu. From where i can change it and make it drawer like the demo.

If you reply on this for production be careful it will case failure , the license stopped and refuse to active.

Already tried contacting support ticket with proof #28427

Support not helping and just delaying and even wanted me to pay for extra support for core license key failure.

The issue could be because the domain you are using to activate Lience is not the domain you registered when you purchased the theme. Your Active License request for another domain may have been received by the system.

Porto 4.0.6 comes with MagePlaza Layered Navigation version 4.4.0. The latest version is 4.4.3. We are using PHP 8.1

Porto 4.0.6 is released with MagePlaza Search 4.0.5. That version has PHP 8.1 issues and is refusing to index the products for Autocomplete search function. There is a bug / conflict with M2.4.6-p1 once the porto theme is installed the product carousel stops working.

My support has expired but this is a pretty big issue, when will this be fixed?

Or do you have patch for it already?

I have tested on multiple installs from fresh M2.4.6-p1 install with sample data. 1. Without Porto Theme installed product carousel works 2. Once files are uploaded to M2.4.6-p1 doesn’t work

Hello, Magento 2.4.6 works with PHP 8.2 but Porto seems to be compatible only with PHP8.1 because I have deprecated code message and some issue when I try to install it. When an update will be available ?
