so many design options and features. a few bugs but support generally help out with those and are very polite. A little slow at times but overall they get there and help as much as possible. and they keep code updated for new releases which is great.

for Documentation Quality

I really believed the reviews about the documentation, but trying to adjust specific aspects of the theme is sometimes impossible. The documentation is, in some parts, very very old and very outdated. The steps described in the documentation sometimes don't exist at all because of how old it is. Magento experts will most likely have no issue using this or any other theme, because they're experts. If you're still learning and hoping to rely on the documentation, probably look elsewhere.

The installation documentation is poorly written and wasn't for the version that was originally downloaded. Command line code is intermixed with plain text so you think you need to copy-paste the lines which obviously fail because they've included two options for code separated by an 'or' on close scrutiny. Insane. Reaching out to support they didn’t reply for a few days. Eventually did and highlighted their errors. They offered a free install which was much appreciated yet never heard back. I logged on a few hours after they offered and it looked like they had done something yet the product catalogue page wouldn’t load. After a few more hours I checked again and the total server was bricked. I emailed asking what was going on and now three weeks later they still haven’t replied. And their docs are still showing the issues I originally pointed out. Would not recommend. Will be requesting a refund.

We've included a more extensive installation video to our theme documentation. We also offer free installation and have given you an installation completion message, however we have yet to get a response from you since March 24.

I would have given a better review but until the documentation is clean, and the ticketing process is transparent to see other's tickets, I just can't.
Customer Support is nevertheless really good.

Please understand that, for security reasons, we cannot give all customers access to all other tickets on the system.
You know, there is information about the website and access account information in the customer's ticket that no one wants others to know about.
