There are multiple reasons. I have been running this theme for about 4 years on a very busy site. We try and keep it updated about once a year to the newest version of the theme. The old version always had a "From $100" option on the collection page when there was multiple variants that had different prices. It was a great feature. When we upgraded our theme last month, that feature was gone. Just not there anymore. We didn't have a support package available since the initial one expired and we tend to do all work ourselves for minor things. In order to get in contact with the customer we were forced to pay the $74US support package price. That's fine, it was worth it.

We contacted customer service and mentioned that a feature we used is no longer in the newest update. We got back a reply saying "Sorry it was removed and we can't put it back in unless you pay a customization fee". I am sorry, you removed a feature that we used and if we want it back in then we have to pay a premium customization service??? We just bought support and now you want MORE money on top of that to put a feature back in which you took out?

This brings fear to me that the next update is also going to have features removed and they are once again going to charge us extra to put those back in. Your competition stays current by ADDING features, not removing. Also, this version of the update had HUGE bugs in it. Banners weren't displayed properly and required coding adjustments along with other bugs everywhere.

In conclusion, this software is going to crap in a handbag. If you want something stable that doesn't have features being removed, go with a different theme company. Beyond disgusted with them.

When click on "Add to cart" Button then popup is appears in their demos.

I have reached to support and ask to fix this on my demo. They took 2 weeks to fix it and disturbed few layouts but not fixed, I undo the changes which they done. I again contacted them but at the end last reply was that "we can't fix this right now, we will upgrade it on next updates". How cheap is it??

What about my wasted time? Why you are showing this feature on you demo if user can't show on live site.

This is an excellent theme, with a ton of options, and is very user friendly. Is extremely easy, even for a web design noob, to build a very aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly site.

And the support, thus far, has been amazing. Case in point, for my most recent support ticket, they even made me a video of the fix and posted it on youtube so that I could see a step-by-step walkthrough. That's above and beyond.

Very happy with this theme!
