Hi, I need some information because I’m helping my client choose the theme for his new site: - Does this theme have its own internal panel dedicated to configuration and settings or does it rely on WP’s “Customize” feature? - Does the theme provide a child theme to download and install? - Trivial question (sorry). What we see in the demos, is it all built with the Elementor free widgets or did you use the theme’s proprietary widgets? I ask because after delivering it my client will have to deal with it himself over time and he has basic training on Elementor free but if the entire site is built with your widgets I wouldn’t want him to find himself in difficulty.

Hello, After you purchase our theme you can install demo data identical to our demo site with custom panels in both the backend and Elementor widgets. All are free.

We have set the theme with the demo content but we faced the following issues with the theme: - The site takes time to load the home page. - Mostly page edits with the “Elementor” stopped and asked for “Safe Mode” and even it showed a blank page many times. - Major issue: We changed the footer navigation link with a custom link and tried to remove the rest of the unnecessary links but it kept loading and after that never opened the footer navigation menu from the dashboard. Now we’re not able to update the footer navigation due to this issue. - Also many times site shows 503 – Service Not available issue with the site.

Hey there, Two days ago I purchased the “Powerlegal” theme from you. I installed the theme and imported the demo data according to the instructions given in the documentation provided by you. Installation and importing procedures apparently finished successfully but since then I haven’t been able to access the Plugins page, Powerlegal Theme Options page, nor I have been able to edit with the Elementor, and neither it’s letting me edit the Slider Revolution slides. Whenever I try to access or edit the above-mentioned features, WordPress throws back an error at me that says “There has been a critical error on this website”. It’s not letting me access most of the features in my WordPress dashboard. Please, help me fix this problem. I’ve tried reinstalling it multiple times but the outcome remains the same. Hello ee67, Did you receive support from our Supportter? Some customers can not download the Demo file from our server because of the firewall problem. Just contact our Support we will download the Demo file directly to the customer’s server and install the DATA demo for them for 5 minutes.
