The theme is installed but I can't install all the demo pages. I can use individual elements on elementor, but I still have to build everything from scratch. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've already built a few pages and this is a real shame and you don't get any help on the fly.

Hello,
Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. You can find import option in Powerlift Dashboard > Import (please see screenshot).
In case you need further assistance with demo import please submit a ticket at our Help Center and one of our support agents will gladly help you.

I am smoking RED HOT! Everything, I mean EVERYTHING went smoothly! The documentation is absolutely SUPERB! I had a choice between WP Bakery and Elementor. The import of everything on the Demo...IT WORKED! Thank you! Mikado Theme is sooo righteous
Decent theme, didnt run into any huge issues while customizing it for a client, didnt need the support either.

The supposed support that you hire with the template is bad. I have a week without receiving an answer

Sorry to hear this, however you should know that you do get 6 months of support included once you purchase the theme. Also we could not locate any request created from your Envato username. We do see that you are registered at our help center but missing a request. So if you do possibly have one please provide us with your request ID or simply submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help.
