They will assist you to install and setup the theme for you.
Theme not working correctly. lots of various bugs. Tried several fresh installs same problems. Do not recommend to buy!

I don't recommend this company as they not replying support requests and theme is not compatible.

I do not see any support tickets from you. Our theme works quite well with WordPress. Please submit a support ticket for assistance on any issues you have with the theme. If however the theme is not a good fit for you. We do offer refunds. You can submit one here: http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new .
The support on this theme has been great. John replies to questions very quickly and is very good at explaining how to sort/fix issues.

Nice design! Had some starting problems, but the costumer support helped me out. Now it works perfectly
The owner of this theme did respond. So I am changing the rating to a 4/5 because the support did respond late. But he doesn't actually fix the issue personally. He did give me a tip that helped me figure it out. The theme is solid and I should be good.
Getting errors after installation, sent email but no reply by the customer support.
