We are having an issue with Checkout button in Cart with Virtual products inside. The “Checkout Button” isn’t shown but if your previously add a shippable item and remove it from the cart the “Checkout Button” is shown correctly. Has anybody the same issue?

How can I get the mobile shop view to default in grid format (2 columns) and with the shop sidebar filter visible and responsive for mobile devices?

You can set the default column number in the customizer > shop tab. It will be used for all shop archives.
If you use a product module (via the page builder), you can set the number of column in the element options.

i submitted a ticket via the helpdesk my ticket # is 2108872. It’s almost a week and this issue is not resolved. I cannot edit with the text box in WPBakery. Essentially the text box is blank and so I can’t customize text in the theme. It does not look like I got the full version of the page builder as “Front End Editor” is not available as a checkbox. My site was live and I decided to switch themes with yours. I never expected to be offline for so long. Please provide a solution or I am fine with switching to a theme that’s more compatible.

I couldn’t reproduce the bug on my end, but I think I found where it’s come from.
This is (most likely) a compatibility issue with a TinyMce feature from our Wolf Page Builder extension plugin.
The solution is to disable this feature, edit the inc/class-admin and comment the row 84 https://screenpresso.com/=cHdxdIf you want us to do it for you, let us know in the forum. As you provided the required info, our supoprt agent will do it for you.

Hi there, nice looking theme. Some pre-sale questions:
1) Your Support Hours via Ticksy, what time zone are you in?
2) Main Header – Is there an option for a dark skin version?
3) Top Bar – Is there an option to activate the Top Bar? Didn’t see it from your demo preview.
4) Cart / Left Bar Widget – Does it have to be all on the Left side? Is there an option to have it display on the right side instead?
5) MOST IMPORTANTLY: Is this theme 100% compatible with the WooCommerce Composite Products and/or WooCommerce Product Bundles plugins? I need to use this for the Shop items. These plugins tend to change up the Styling of the Product Details Page a bit, as I’ve tested it on other themes. If that’s the case, are you able to help me with some CSS to fix this?
6) Theme & Bundled Plugins Updates – Via Envato Toolkit, etc?
7) Product Thumbnails Hover over Cart Icon – Can the “Add to Cart” or “Selection Option” woocommerce product type popup texts/caption be larger and more noticeable than how you currently have it shown?

1/ The main person who cover the forum is located in Brazil and I’m in France.
2/ Yes, you can play with skins and you can set a dark header if you want. The theme uses our content block system for headers and footers. https://wolfthemes.ticksy.com/article/127923/ There is no top bar option to put above the main navigation, however, you can add small section in your header as a topbar.
4/ There is no option to display the lateral bar at the right at the moment. This is something we may add in a future release.
5/ I didn’t test the theme with these plugins, but indeed we can help with small CSS tricks via the forum.
6/ Yes
7/ A small CSS tweak can increase the font size easily.

I love this theme and would like to use it for my business and blog have a few questions before i purchase it. 1. I have WP Version 5.2 will this be compatible with this theme? 2. What would be the best for me to purchase regular or extended license? I have a small business. 3. is this a once off payment of $59 and i won’t need to make more payments? If purchase this theme will i need to buy more themes to get the most out of it or this is a once off payment and I’m good?

I got this. One more problem. I have iimport the Sliders from Revslider folder but it shows me still the message: This slider is missing. If you have imported one of our theme demo content, you can import the slider by following the instruction HERE.

This is not an option built into the theme at the moment but thanks for the suggestion. This is something we may add to a future release.
The logo is linked automatically to the page you chose as front page in the “reading” settings.

Hi! Many thanks for the previous answer. Is it possible to use the color variations plugin with the theme? for some reason, when I turn on its use, the labels of colors and sizes line up vertically. The inspector refers to /wp-content/themes/prequelle/assets/css/main.min.css?ver=1.0.7 and it is not clear how to fix it.
