While I found a few bugs (caused by lack of testing multiple scenarios outside the demo), the dev team were able to fix them all. They also made some custom changes at my request (these changes may also be available future theme updates) for which I am grateful.
Unfortunately, responses to support requests were more than often late, sometimes very. The devs have promised to improve this lacking area and answer all support tickets within the promised 24 hour window.
My rating is directly related to my current experience. They are more than capable of being 5-star, provided proper attention is given to the support and proper testing. I will adjust my rating if things improve.
