Hello, I have just purchased two templates and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change the images on the templates using the builder. I tried downloading and editing on mailchimp but the image is not editable there. Please explain how to change these images on the templates.

Our builder doesn’t have ability to upload images directly from your computer, you can change them by replacing their URLs. If your images are not in free access and you don’t have own server, you can use Mailchimp’s File Manager to store your images – http://prntscr.com/di95t9 You can upload an image and then just copy – http://prntscr.com/di9668 and paste its URL – http://prntscr.com/du2d5h

Hi hennita. Thank you for your purchase. You must open the downloaded .zip file. In the builder folder, there is PDF file, it is a key-link. Go for it link. Now you will be able to generate any desired format.

It looks great! I’m considering to buy the template, but one question: Does a template work with Mailchimp’s ‘drag & drop’ interface?
Hi! The package contains 8 separate email templates for Mailchimp which support the drag and drop interface. But when you export mailchimp version email template from the builder you can only duplicate/hide the blocks and edit content(text, images). Hello. The Email builder files aren’t included, the package includes a link which gives you access to the email builder where you can export your templates in HTML, MailChimp and CampaignMonitor.
This email theme is nice when viewed in a browser, but does not maintain proportions in Gmail (webapp) when fullwidth (but within the constraints of the boxed theme) pictures are used like in Demo 3. Also it messes up picture grids.
Are there solutions to those issues?
