Even though I've selected Customer Support, I'm rating this theme 5 stars for multiple reasons.
The theme is solid, clean, and exceeded what I was hoping for when I originally purchased it.
Some five-or-six years later, I'm finally using it on my personal site and have been liaising with QuanticaLabs to fix a minor issue I was having, and I couldn't be happier.
Absolutely wonderful team, and brilliant theme!
Not a user friendly theme at all. Not intuitive. Not drag and drop. You have to be really familiar with coding to make changes to this site, which is the exact opposite reason that people come to themeforest in the first place.

I'm sorry for your inconveniences. We've decided to not implement any page builder to make theme load as fast as possible. This is a light weight theme and the content is set with simple shortcodes. I can see that you have already created a topic on your forum - http://support.quanticalabs.com there is a reply already - please take a look. I hope that you'll be able to reconsider your rating after ours explanations. Thank you!
The theme is nice but customizing it was difficult in regards to the CSS files but I am a novice with WordPress so I guess that's the reason.
